Then I shall allow myself to grow as an individual who loves life, for life truly is a never ending discovery, generating its treasure house of inspiring ideas for me.

These are the three keys that will jump – start the generating of ideas from the treasure house of life. Ideas that are available to all who earnestly seek positive revolution for their lives and to all who are prepared to expend the effort to go after it:

Learn to search.
Learn to capture.
Learn to study.

1.- Learn to Search.

Searching is the only sure fire way to find the information that will lead to life changing ideas. I shall begin now to develop this illuminating habit of searching for the things that can help me along the road to success. I shall attend motivating and inspiring seminars, go to insightful and though provoking training classes, listening to stimulating and empowering audio-programs, read informative and uplifting books, and engage in purposeful conversations with individuals of means and substance. It has been said that in order to discover something, I must look for it.

Well, with diligent searching, these creative approaches will provide the never ending stream of breakthrough ideas necessary for accomplishing my objective no matter how much something is desired. Remember that I will never find it until I search for it.

2.- Learn to capture.

Whenever I think of a good idea, I should not trust my memory. Instead, I shall capture the thought by writing it immediately. Whenever I hear something of value, I shall write it. From this moment forth, I shall carry a journal and pen with me at all times. I shall perform this winning discipline that can lead to success be recording every idea may appear, I shall write it in my journal –today.

The importance of this positive habit can not be emphasized enough and can lead to an ever increasing spring of wealth creating ideas coming to mind. Literally, the more ideas I write, the greater the number I will continue to generate ideas once captures give rise to a multiplying source of worthy thoughts, concepts, beliefs and philosophies aiding me in fully maximizing my goal reaching potential.

3.- Learn To Study

The fundamental process of knowing what information I need and gathering it is one of the keys to manifesting an abundant life. If I desire to be successful, I shall study success. Likewise, if I wish to be happy I shall study happiness. Neither success nor happiness are accidents. They are first a study, then a practice, then a realization. If I wish to be wealthy, I must study wealth. Have a guess how many people make wealth a study? Right, very few. Since success, happiness and wealth are all values to cultivate, I must make it a winning discipline of mine to study them.

Major keys for positive life transformation and information and ideas. So I shall make study a winning discipline and develop creative ideas from credible sources of information. If here is any void in my life, it is not because I lack opportunities and resources , or the enthusiasm that can be generated at a moments notice, it is because I lack the ideas that would have taken shape from the information I could have studied but otherwise close not to. But I always have a choice. So I shall choose to study. As Orison Sweet Marden stated: “ How shall I get ideas? Keep your wits open, observe, study but above all, think.” I shall keep on learning.

I Shall Keep On Learning.

Benjamin Franklin, the great American scientist, publisher and diplomat, once said that if a man empties his purse into his head, no man can take it away from him. What he was alluding to is that an investment in knowledge and personal improvement always creates the most value. What I can take from his wise words are that just because I may be an expert in one particular field of business or extremely knowledgeable in a specific industry, this does not mean I should stop learning, exploring and understanding all the other non related areas I have not mastered. I must learn to examine and analyze other realms of interest. The moment I can open myself up to exploration and discovery in the instant my wealth building process will really turn on.

Learning is mental food – in fact it is often known as food for thought. As such it is important to nourish my mind with good, clean, pure, positive and powerful learning, I just I nourish my body with healthy and wholesome food. It is said that to read without reflecting is like eating without digesting. I must become intrigued and develop a desire to know more about the wondrous world within which I live. I must develop a passion for increasing my knowledge because learning is weightless - wisdom is the lightest treasure , one which I can easily carry.

Generating good solid Network Marketing leads can be a chore or it can be a very simply act.

What resources are you using to attract the right leads?
Today, I want to share some of the resources and tools that are working for our group to attract the right kind of leads for their business.

Marketing online does not have to involve 'Rocket Science' and you don't need to be an "Internet Guru" or possess extraordinary skills.

What you do need is the ability to read and follow directions.
So, if you feel you have the very unique skill to be able to read and follow directions, then please read on.

In this post, I will share a few simple tips to help you attract leads and solid prospects for your primary business. I will talk about using a "prospecting system" and then I will talk to you about advertising your prospecting link. We will cover things like Traffic Exchanges and Marketing Lists and Safelists and Social Networks. Today, I will cover Traffic Exchanges only as it's important that you learn one task at a time.

So, let's begin by talking about the system you will need. Many of you reading this post will already have a "system" in place and you can use the process I'll talk about to advertise your link.

Ok, let's get started shall we?
Step 1 in this process is having a system to capture your leads.
You can do this one of two ways, either by using a system that is created for you or by creating your own "lead capture" system. (there are actually many systems out there and many ways to do this, we'll concentrate on two systems and a few simple resources that work).

The system we use is called 'Earth Friendly Biz' (EFB), and our system is based on a "3-step process" that attracts leads and encourages activity. Prospects view the system and enter their information to learn more about our 3 steps. They are introduced to three programs that we recommend - these programs are then used for marketing our sites - and then they register for their own free system.

If you prefer to create your own lead capture page, I put together a report that shows you how to simply add an auto-responder form to a Blogspot page. Blogspot is a free resource and very simple to use. If you own an auto-responder system such as "Get Response" or "Response Magic" then you are set to go.

Throughout the rest of this report, I will be using the EarthFriendlyBiz system as an example. You can replace my EFB information with your own if you are using a sysem other than EFB.

This is where people tend to fail. They signup for systems such as EFB and then they stop. Either they advertise briefly with no results or they don't advertise at all and their claims to others are "the systems do not work".

If you are one of those marketers, then all you need to do is to continue marketing. Over time, you will see results. I guarantee it.
And I guaranteee this as well, if you keep doing what you are doing, you will continue to get the same results. It's time for change.
The simple steps I will outline below will work but only if you are consistent with your marketing AND with your followup.

NOTE: it does not matter how good a system is, if you don't add your personal follow-up, your business will not grow. You will attract a lot of leads but until you connect with them personally, they will be inactive.

Ok, so let's get started advertising your new prospecting system.
Step 2 - Advertising your "Lead Capture" link

In this section, I'm going to begin discussions on joining and using different advertising resources. In this post, my focus is Traffic Exchanges.
Let's Talk Traffic Exchanges

There is a lot of controversy over Traffic Exchanges and the fact is, they work. However, they only work if you set them up and either surf for credits, purchase credits or earn credits by sponsoring.

Most Traffic Exchanges are free and most offer a monthly, annual or lifetime membership. When possible, I always recommend the upgrade, especially any One Time Offers. If you are new to Internet Marketing, you want to add "upgrades" one at a time as your budget allows. The free traffic exchange memberships work well too.

Here are a just three of my favourite Traffic Exchanges:
EarthFriendlyBiz has your share in Traffic Exchanges and one of my first recommendations. You will want to take advantage of all aspects of EarthFriendlyBiz from their traffic programs to its downline builder.

Step 3 - Setting up your Traffic Exchanges

Each exchange offers training on how to setup their program and use the system. I encourage you to take time and become familiar with each exchange as you join.
You are going to advertise your lead capture link.

In this example, because we are focused on the EarthFriendlyBiz system, you will setup your EarthFriendlyBiz website.

You will be asked for you Website URL and information when you join the Traffic Exchange program.

If you are advertising a lead capture page, you will enter that link when you join and setup the Traffic Exchange programs.

You want to spend a few moments each day surfing through the exchanges that you are a member of. Most exchanges offer bonus credits for surfing each day and you will be introduced to other members sites. It's always a good idea to see what others promote on Traffic Exchanges.

Lead capture type sites are the best to advertise on exchanges. Anything that captures your reader's contact information.

Traffic Exchanges are just one of many resources you will learn to use online.

If I were to give out one word of advice it will be this: Take this slow. Don't join every program and resource out there thinking your business will grow. You must learn to understand how each system works and you must setup your systems properly.
Far too often I see new members and even seasons members take on too much at once and become lost in the sea of information and learning.

If you take your time and learn the basics of each program, understand how they function and learn to set them up properly, you will be able to successfully use the Internet to build your list and build your primary business.

Remember, the Internet is a great place to find prospects and our goal is to find those prospects and have them subscribe to your list so they can learn about you and your business.

Chocolate, flowers, books, toys, all the way up to diamonds, luxury cars, the cruise of your life, are welcome during this holiday season and ever.

From the gospel of Luke we can experience the wonder of the original Christmas story. Amongst the shepherds living out in the fields an Angel of the Lord appeared to them and the Glory of the Lord shone around them, to bring the world great news of joy for all the people.

The Angel announced the birth of a savior in the town of David. Christ the Lord has been born. Celebrating Christmas on December 25th is a high point in the year. Since November, it is very difficult to forget that Christmas is coming. Colored lights, Christmas trees, Mary, Joseph and baby Jesus are seen all over letting us know that Christmas is coming.

Santa Claus has become the human face of Christmas. Children are taught Santa will bring them toys and presents the night before Christmas. Christmas is a time of magic and excitement for children and adults alike. Santa is based on a real person, St Nicholas, a Christian leader from the 4th century AD.

In the American colonies, Catholics, Anglicans, Dutch reformed and Lutherans approved Christmas celebrations, which began to adopt a joyful and often boisterous tradition from pagan cultures.

Charles Dikens, one of the giants of English literature gave life to Christmas by writing “A Christmas Carol”. Charles Dikens wrote from his own experience with his enormous warmth of feelings. Dickens was particularly successful at evoking the sights, sounds and smells of London. Charles Dikens novel “A Christmas Carol” popularized Christmas as a family event.

For various early cultures, December 25 was a significant date: Babilonians believed the son of the queen of heaven was born on December 25. Egyptians celebrated the birth of the fertility goddess Isis on December 25. Arabs believed that the moon was born on December 24.

Christmas is a great opportunity for us to treat friends, relatives and loved ones with great recipes. It is an awesome experience to share gourmet food, Christmas sugar cookies, Christmas berry mocha fudge, Christmas sour cream potato salad, chocolate brownie cookies, oyster stew, cranberry punch, traditional baked ham, Christmas bread and more.

Merry Christmas to you. Joy to the world, the Lord is coming. “Joy to the world with truth and grace”. Christmas is the most relevant celebration for western countries. Let´s have a Merry Christmas with friends, family and loved ones who join us around a table full of delicious food and drinks and with our hearts full of love, friendship and kindness.

As the ancient Magi or Wise men who came to visit Jesus: Melchior king of Arabia, who brought a casquet of gold, Caspar, king of Tarsus who brought myrrh in a gold mounted horn, and Balthasar king of Ethiopia, who brought frankincense in a censer, lets share abundance and prosperity with those we love and care for.

From the ancient Romans we received the decorated tree. During their Saturnalia winter festivals, they decorated trees with small pieces of metal, in honor of Saturn the God of agriculture. By the year 1531, Christmas trees were sold in Alsace, which at the time was a part of Germany. From Paradise, we received the apple tree, decorated with apples as a symbol of Adam and Eve feast on December 24.

Mark Carr brought trees to New York streets in 1851 and opened the first retail Christmas trees lot in the United States. Franklin Pierce was the first president to introduce Christmas trees in the White House.

All the traditions we received from all over the world and different branches of our ancestors, are here for us to enjoy during Christmas holidays with all those we love and care for. Let´s join around the Christmas tree, to share and enjoy the prosperity and abundance of wealth, health and love, as blessings from heaven for being persistent and for working to build a better Universe for us and all the marvelous humans who are doing everything possible for every citizen of the world to enjoy a better life style.

By solving market needs and conquering that niche is a good start for great results. There are many niches in which to start a profitable business: pet lovers, baby boomers and over weight people are niches whose needs open great opportunities for those of us who are able to keep our eyes wide open to opportunity.

Online marketing campaigns are using audio and video, which opens new windows to opportunity  and success. Creative use of technology creates top producers and new markets for us to become real success stories. It is important to keep ourselves ahead of rapidly changing markets. There is always a trend going on, and whoever creates a trend and go ahead of the market ends  up being the winner.

Many of us have a constant desire to go ahead in life, personally or in our business careers. There are two areas we should keep an eye on: Marketing and product or business development. We are always developing. We develop ourselves, our products and our business. We want development because we want money. We want money to travel, invest, buy our dream car or dream house, explore opportunities and most of all, because we want freedom.

The age span of Forbes 400 starts at 33 years of age and $1.5 billion up to 98 years  and $3.6 billion.

Quality products and services, commitment and constant presence in the business and the community are successful strategies. Product differentiation and fulfilment of consumer needs are also good strategies to become successful both online and off.

There is a  large segment of people who are creating a demand for  assistance, both medical and non medical: the baby boomers. Entertainment, communications and home business are open opportunities as they have to preserve their health and they need a constant income stream as an important segment of these people do not have a family to support them or they want to have their own income. 

For elderly and low income people as for upper levels of income earners, the benchmarks are higher and higher as they demand more and better services, opening new windows of opportunity. The plutocrats of America and the world are building their incomes by solving problems and giving solutions to the general public.

Knowledge is power. We have to build knowledge , as applied knowledge bring us business which bring us the income and economic freedom we are looking for when we build our business. To succeed online and off we need knowledge and determination to become real dream achievers.

We should work towards higher benchmarks, which are representative of our dreams and the levels of achievement we want for us. By solving problems and building solutions to peoples needs, we build our way to success and achievement. Act now, be persistent and be unique. We are rewarded in direct proportion to our uniqueness.

Opportunity and riches are interrelated. However, being rich is a multi part system which includes work, the appropriate system and opportunity. Becoming rich, like becoming a great player requires a winning mindset, the correct set of rules and the opportunity of applying the techniques to deliver value to people who are conscious of their needs and eager to accept the solutions they need.

Work is important. However, hard work has been grossly over rated. ¿Is there anybody who doesn´t want to improve?

As per Napoleon Hill, “Desire is the starting point of ALL Achievement”. However, a burning desire, passion, determination, imagination, creativity are to be present in a system for us to achieve our dreams.

Succeeding is a science we should learn to dramatically improve our Life. The desire as the starting point, and the images we build from that desire, are great tools to achieve success in this world of opportunity.

“Imagintion is a faculty of the mind which can be cultivated, developed, extended, and broadened by use”

Every great achievement was born as a mental image, from a desire. We should ask ourselves ¿what is the most important thing I would be happy of doing?

The plane, railroads, every great business or financial institution, every great invention was born out of a desire and became real first in the imagination of some one person.

¿What is it that we want? Our desires, might not be very clear at first, but we must figure out what we want. ¿Why do we want that? ¿What for?

Even though we have to appreciate what we have now, our life style, we have to imagine higher levels of success in whatever we want to change: life style, better education, wealth, prosperity, abundance, health, social or financial status.

Brainstorming or idea generation is an exercise we should do to understand or discover what we really want for ourselves or for family or society or for all of them. During this process any idea is important. There are no silly answers or outrageous possibilities. During this idea generation time there should not be any doubt or criticism about the validity of our desires. Whatever comes into our minds is valid. Evaluation is part of a process we should follow in due time.

We are not too young or too old, and our dreams are never too big.

There are quite a few silent coaches waiting for us to let us know everything we should know about the science of becoming successful: Napoleon Hill, Anthony Robins, Zig Ziglar, Brian Tracy and many more. Action is on us.

Self improvement means getting to know ourselves the best we can. We have to know and understand our power and possibilities. We have to know our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual selves.

Mentally we have to improve our reasoning, our way of solving problems, our conversation capabilities, our decision making process. We have to control our thought patterns, our memory and concentration capabilities.

Emotionally we have to recognize and develop our feelings about ourselves and others.We have to be sensitive to our feelings, needs and those of others. We have to awake our senses to beauty and nature.

Spiritual development means being open to the hidden possibilities and aspects of life, beauty, and exploring the meaning of life. Exploring spiritual teachings can enhance spiritual development.

Physically we should admire the miracle we are. Building body strength and stamina by regular indoor and outdoors exercise, breathing fresh air, having the healthy food we need, and getting plenty of rest and sleep are ways to improve physically.

We have to put the law of attraction to work on our behalf. We should think with passion about the riches of love, health, prosperity, abundance, friendship we want and deserve.

The law of attraction is a two way street: We have to think about the riches we desire, but we have to think as passionately about those riches we are going to give back to society and the improvement of the world. We must rest assured that no matter how dark the night is, there is a bright day to follow.

Yes, we have to agree with Napoleon Hill that desire is the “spark” that ignites the process of our building a better universe for us and others. However, we have to take action. The blueprint is very important. Building our own life style, bringing our dreams into reality needs action, determination, persistence.

Even Creation has been a process and the world as we know it today is the result of the dreams of those who came before us. We have the privilege of helping to build a better universe. We are the creators of modern times. Let our desires, mental images and determination conspire with the universe to build a healthy, prosperous environment for every human on earth.

It is obvious and generally accepted that knowledge is power. Also, Internet contribution to human development is giving us the privilege of having knowledge at our finger tips.

Nowadays, Colombian nationals are proud of having two young scientist working for NASA and having another countryman as a leading designer for Motorola, the technology giant from the USA.

Ruben Castaño, from Bogota, Colombia, is the director of the creative and development team who are the creators of the RZIR, the KRZR and other cell phones which are responsible of having Motorola on the winning side of a very competitive market in the electronic segment of the world communication revolution.

As per CNET editors review, something that mobile manufacturers are taking into consideration about the RAZR is the trendsetting design fashioned like no other handset before it.

Besides the flashy form factor there are other great high-end goodies that are giving a new breath to Motorola as a world technological leader.

Diana Trujillo, 23 years old, from Cali, is working for Nasa since 2006 as a research team member. Rodrigo Ocampo, 21 years old, from Bogota has been chosen to work with another 18 interns from all over the world under the guidance of prestigious scientists.

They are good reasons for Colombian citizens to be proud of. However there is something great about this presence: knowledge is spreading as a leading force for human beings from around the world to become active in world scenarios to make a better universe.

Hispanic Latino communities are multiracial, multicultural, mostly Spanish speaking people who left their countries to build a better Life Style for themselves and their families.

There are many individuals from Latin countries who are leading the world to higher levels of achievement and knowledge. ¿What is the force behind their contributions to human development?

For Latin American citizens and other citizens from all over the world, knowledge is the common ground for personal development and for humans from every walk of life to achieve their dreams.

More than nationality or social standing, what determines success is knowledge and the determination to use it for building a better society and finally a better world.

These “kids” from an under developed country are becoming successful because they are using knowledge and personal values to join the technology leaders who are eager to find the unknown misteries which are going to create the trends for a great future for themselves and humanity.

It should be one of our objectives to build and promote intellectual emotional and personal growth to build a winning attitude for us to become everyday winners whose mission is to become better individuals who are ready to participate in a knowledge revolution for a better universe.

Knowledge of course is great. However we must have values, determination and a clear vision to see what we want and how we are going to achieve our dreams.

Hispanic contribution to American economy and social development is huge. Hispanic means people who come from a Spanish speaking country.

With more than 43 millions hispanic/latinos living in the USA, they are motivated by a burning desire to be part of a creative and prosperous society and strive to build a Life style of prosperity and abundance for themselves and their families, by giving back quality work and the willingness to integrate their family culture into a great nation with a worldwide design for greatness.

Governor Bill Richardson of New Mexico, speaking both in English and Spanish made a big deal out of his Hispanic roots in announcing his presidential bid in Los Angeles.

Talking about the immigration issue, he stated:”No fence ever built has stopped history” ¿Is there any fence to stop knowledge?

Knowledge is a kind of universal language to be used by world citizens to achieve successful endeavors, change life styles and build a better universe.

Of course, if we want the best we have to learn from the best.

Most of us want to improve. Successful people are the first to act and use the knowledge to get higher levels of achievement and grab what they want whether it is money, health, new skills, better relations and more.

Successful, rich, prosperous people believe: “I create my life”. They are responsible for what they do, and for getting what they want.

If YOU have chosen to become successful, be aware that knowledge is expressed with words. So we have to be very careful with the words we use. Knowledge is power and words are important because they express the power of our convictions and the power within, to maximize the use of the knowledge we have and the knowledge we want to get.

Words express the knowledge we have and its power deals with the inner forces we unleash to achieve our goals and make a reality of our dreams.

Summer olympics will be held in Beijing, China, from August 8 through August 24 2008.

China´s Olympiad is a great sport event. However, besides the great muscle and intelligence needed to succeed in China´s olympic games, there are other achievements which will precede this gigantic event.

Large architectural pieces will be the Beijing National Stadium, Beijing National Indoor Stadium, Beijing National Aquatics Centre, Olympic Green Convention Centre, Olympic Green, and Beijing Wukesong Culture & Sports Center. US $2.1 billion in corporate bids and tenders are expected to fund almost 85 percent of the construction budget for the six main venues. Investments are expected from corporations seeking ownership rights after the 2008 Summer Olympics. Some venues will be owned and governed by the State General Administration of Sports, which will use them after the Olympics as facilities for all future national sports teams and events.

The centerpiece of the 2008 Summer Olympics is the Beijing National Stadium, construction of which began on December 24, 2003.

Internet is booming too. From 123 million users in june 2006, the count went up to 132 by december 2006, and the rate of increase is expected to be higher in the near future. Broad band users in China is growing too. The latest count was 52 million users and growing. It is said that official count of Internet users is underestimated and that China´s Internet users surpassed USA, going up to 200 millions internet users.

China´s government is encouraging internet use for education, online commerce, advertising and games promotion. As per China´s Internet center, 67.9 of time devoted to Internet surfing by chinese users is spent devouring news. Chinese people, like people all over the world, are realizing the Internet is not only helpful, but a necessity for daily life.

Yahoo is competing with its U.S. rivals Google, Search BigDaddy and local portals such as Sina and Netease.com for market share in China. Barron's said in May, citing a Morgan Stanley analyst, Mary Meeker. China may become the biggest Internet market in the world within five years. Apparently China is #1 already

Yahoo is the No. 1 Chinese-keyword search engine, with 40 percent market share in terms of revenue, according to Analysys Consulting.

In a statement on its mainland Web site, the company said it has boosted the storage capacity for its free mail service from 100MB to 1GB, matching the storage of rival Google's upcoming Gmail offering.

While Gmail's trials are confined to a select group, Yahoo's upgrade will be extended to all existing and new users of its mail service in China. However, subscribers must first log on to Yahoo's instant messenger service and add other users to their contact lists to qualify for the 1GB of storage.

Web logs in China took 101 million hits in 2006, Xinhua news agency said, citing the China Internet Survey Report 2007.

"Web logs have gradually developed into a new trend in Internet information communication, many public figures as well as ordinary people use web blogs ... to express their thoughts," the report quoted Huang Chengqing of the China Internet Association as saying.

1984 Los Angeles Olympic games gave China its first gold medal. In fact, China was 4^th and won 15 gold medals, 8 silvers and 9 bronzes. Since then, China has been consolidating as a world sports power. Beijing summer games are the showcase for China´s growth and development in all areas of human endeavors including sports, business and technology.

After a long selection process the Olympic commission concluded that Beijing games would leave a unique legacy to China and to sport and concluded that China is ready to organize excellent games. Then Juan Antonio Samaranch, president of the International Olympic Comitee announced Beijing came out on top of its competitors as the organizer of the Summer Olympic Games for 2008.

Western companies have great hopes for the Olympics in Bijing. Great changes are taking place and the city has to improve its infrastructure , build modern communication facilities and modern sporting venues, modernize its tourist acomodations and invest in alternative energy sources. Economists assume that the Olimpic Games speed up the development of the city and create additional growth.

1.3 billion chinese are proud to show their country to the world in the 29^th summer olympic games to be held in Beijing. Media facilities are very important and the media committee is working to provide the most advanced facilities for newsmen, photographers, technicians and radio and TV crews. It will be a great media event too.
